Information
For Tenants
Upon
acceptance of an offer of suitable accommodation, you the tenant
must pay a flat fee of £35+VAT, this charge is an administration
charge. PLEASE NOTE-WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR REGISTRATION AND/OR VIEWINGS
A deposit, this is normally one months rent
Rent in advance, this is normally one months rent
Stamp duty-tenants are normally held liable/responsible for stamp
duty payable on the Tenancy Agreement. In most cases this charge
is minimal, normally around £5.00
Lets Estates asks that all payments be made in cash or cheque/building
society cheque. Cheques to be made payable to Lets Estates Ltd
Lets Estates will set up a payment system through its bankers for
rent due after the first month
