The service includes a marketing service via our website and local newspapers, rental assessment, finding suitable tenants and the preparation of a Tenancy Agreement.
The letting service will include:

• Internet marketing service-please note tenants will not be making contact with you direct, but will make contact through Lets Estates.

• Marketing your property on the Lets Estates website and local newspapers.

• Tenant screening process.

• Accompanied viewings of your property.

• Credit referencing and credit check.

• The preparation of a Tenancy Agreement.

• Rent and deposit collection, deposit to be held in a client account.

• Preparation of property inventory.

• Property Management-including, Monthly property inspections, property maintenance (property maintenance-the amount to be paid to contractors will be pre-determined with the landlord before works take place).

• Full quarterly reports on the property sent to the landlord by e-mail or if preferred by Royal Mail.

• Statements by e-mail or if preferred by Royal Mail.

• Bank transfer of rent to landlords account.

• All viewings are arranged by the landlord via Lets Estates.
